SMS Program GrowthPals operates an SMS messaging program to send booking links, appointment reminders, and demo follow-ups to users who have opted in.

Opt-In By submitting a form on growthpals.net and checking the required SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS messages from GrowthPals. Consent is required to submit the form. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Program Description GrowthPals sends SMS messages including: booking confirmation links, appointment reminders, and demo scheduling follow-ups.

Payment Terms Service includes a one-time setup fee of $1,500 and a $150/month subscription beginning 30 days after setup. Fees are non-refundable after onboarding begins.

Limitation of Liability GrowthPals is not liable for missed appointments or service interruptions outside of our control.
